Full moon eclipse in Virgo

How is everyone - did we survive the eclipse? I awoke early this morning and managed to catch a glimpse of the moon setting on the horizon that had a lovely orange tinge to it. Maybe not quite the potent red that many were expecting but definitely in shadow.
So anyway talking of potent that was just INTENSE! What a moon! The karmic south node of fate aligned with the Mercurial moon to create a huge and important cosmic reset. Full moons embody release but this went deeper. Finding hidden secrets and toxicity that has bubbled and boiled under the surface to arise and be expulsed. A shedding on so many levels. The moon illuminated the shadows indeed. Clearing and cleansing of deep embedded trauma. Set on the axis of Pisces/Virgo - dreams and practicality - this was universal spring clean of releasing that allows us to move forward and follow our authentic path by leaving behind all that was holding us back. For you see lunar eclipses are like a full moon on steroids! Everything is magnified, proverbial pandora’s boxes are opened and wounds are exposed to be cleansed, processed and healed. Pisces represents our need for freedom and the ability to follow our intuition whereas Virgo sets the grounding for this by creating structure and setting order. It clears the space to dream.
The ruler of the moon was Mercury - who adding to the cosmic chaos is about to go retrograde from the current residence in Aries back through Pisces to go over old ground and revise the works of the past few months. Look if you have planets or points between 09º Aries and 26º Pisces and what houses they fall in - this may give you some clue as to what is being reassessed. To add a deeper level the planet of love and beauty - Venus is also continuing her retrograde her journey back from 10º Aries to 24º Pisces creating further reflection and introspection to take us back to the drawing board to reassess areas in our lives that need tweaking to function more effectively. This can often show as frustrating setbacks especially with two planets in retrograde going through the same signs so old repeating patterns may show up to be addressed AGAIN and refined.
From this eclipse we are taken through to the end of the month in culmination with a SOLAR (sun) eclipse in Aries on the opposite end of the nodes of fate. This time the north node is called into action (where we are meant to be moving towards). Aries being the sign that represents the self. Where we shed in the lunar the results will illuminate in the solar. And then we find the lessons we have worked through that may show as karmic results - did we act in integrity or did we shoot ourselves in the proverbial foot - the solar eclipse will reveal all… we shall see!
For the moment take this time to pause and reset. If you need time out just take it. There is a lot going on in the skies right now and sometimes the best thing is to step back, take a breather and just be. Trust the process as a deeper conversation is going on between you and the universe. You need to be quiet though in order to hear what it has to say!
