Hello Virgo ♍ Season and Happy Birthday to all the lovely Virgos out there. 🌟
It’s interesting as the sun begins it’s shift from sunny Leo that there is a distinct weather change as we feel a sudden nip in the air and the cooler evenings as the light begins to draw in giving us darker evenings and showing us the slow transition into Autumn - the Autumn Equinox is now only a month away - where did the year go??? I feel that Virgo Season is slower and more considered than the fire and rush and excitement of Leo. I’m drawn inwards and especially in the home. I’ve already started to tidy the garden and am ready to protect some of the more tender plants and finish up in the veg garden. But also now I’m drawn more inwards to the comfort of home. Tidying, preparing (to nest), sorting, putting things way and beginning to change over the wardrobe as a few jumpers have made it out the closet and the more lighter clothes get put away for next years summer. Paperwork is being filed, rooms cleaned and refreshed and a general sense of needing to organise is coming in. Virgo also rules the sixth house in astrology which is concerned with our health and daily tasks. Maybe it’s time to start that yoga class or try some different foods (healthy eating).
Virgo ♍ is ruled by the planet Mercury ☿️ - a communicator. It also rules Gemini but these two signs are so different. Wheras Gemini is more outward expression of Mercury, Virgo is the more inward conversation we have with ourselves. It’s about processing where we are and conversing with our inner dialogue to put things in place and organise our thoughts and aspirations. Virgo is a sign of fertility and harvest - gathering information on the season past and analysing to see where we could do better (or worse!). I jokingly call the Virgos perfectionists - attention to detail is their aim. Virgo is an earth sign which is the feminine yin. Earth is structured and grounded - form and structure is the name of the game.
Good thing to note today is that as the sun moves from Leo into Virgo it conjuncts 🌟 Regulus - the star of kings (the heart of the lion). 🌟 Regulus is one of the four Royal Stars considered by ancient astrologers to be the watchers of the four cosmic gateways of the sky. Regulus guards the North gate linked to our highest chakras enabling us to connect with our higher self which in turn enhances our intuition. As a star of kings it is linked with nobility, royalty, success and wealth. This is a fantastic time to link in with ourselves and tap into this abundant energy. It will support dreams and aspirations and help manifest your dreams. A great day for starting new projects or launching or publishing them. 🌟 Regulus traditionally was at 29º Regulus but has moved to 0º Virgo in recent years. If you have a birthday around 21-23 August this time is especially auspicious and lucky for you - also check your chart if you have any planets residing here. Tuning your frequency to this star gives courage and ambition as well as the ability to lead with honour. This is a good time to work on your abundance - maybe create a manifestation board. Also be mindful of your gratefulness practice. Make a commitment to being grateful for all that you have on a day to day basis.

Enjoy the season - personally I love this time of year. Feeling the change, celebrating the summer days and welcoming in the gradual move towards Autumn. Sorting, clearing and making space for new things. Oh and the sunsets - I just love the spectacular autumn sunsets!
